The Singapore PR Application Process — Step by Step

Log in to the ICA e-Service portal using your SingPass and submit your PR application online. You will need to upload all supporting documents.

Receive your result
If approved, you will receive an In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter. You must complete the formalities within the validity period, including taking your Entry Permit and Re-Entry Permit.
